These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of florae, a habit and gut/brain-health tracking app with an AI assistant called "flo," provided by Eira Wellbeing Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using florae, you agree to these Terms.
florae is intended for use only by persons aged 16 or over. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement.
florae is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. Advice from flo, and any health or gut scores shown in the app, are general wellness information only. Always speak with a healthcare professional about symptoms, or before changing your diet, supplements, or medication.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from within the app; deletion is immediate and permanent.
florae's core tracking features (Habits, Symptoms, Food, Progress) are free. A florae Pro subscription unlocks flo, the AI assistant, and is billed through your Apple or Google account at the price shown in the app before you purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's account settings — we don't process payments or cancellations directly.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies, not by us directly. If you believe you were charged in error, contact Apple or Google support, or contact us at hello@floraeapp.com and we'll assist where we can.
Don't use florae to submit content that's unlawful, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights, and don't attempt to interfere with the app's operation or security. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service.
flo can interpret what you type to log entries or answer questions, using Anthropic's AI models. flo's responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete — always use your own judgement, particularly for anything health-related.
florae's design, branding, and code are owned by us. You retain ownership of the content you log (symptoms, food, habits, notes); you grant us a licence to store and process it solely to provide the app's features to you.
florae is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including decisions made based on flo's advice or any score it shows.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll tell you about material changes through the app or by email before they take effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
